As a Product Manager within the Private Bank Client Service Group at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and vision for a product, product line, and/or product portfolio. This role focuses on aligning client needs with the organization's strategic objectives to design and deliver valuable, viable products and solutions within a product operating model.
You will synthesize feedback from users and clients, maintain product health analytics, and oversee product governance. Your responsibilities will include researching product capabilities and industry trends and identifying areas of opportunity to create a consistent and cohesive client experience for payments processing. By integrating insights from clients and the industry, you will drive our payments strategy and roadmap, ensuring our solutions remain differentiated and best-in-class.

Job responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze product feedback from clients and users to identify key themes, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Map end to end user journeys and process flows across various payment channels to understand product capabilities and identify areas for improvement and consistency.
- Synthesize insights from feedback and market research to support product roadmap development and scalable solutions
- Act as a strategic partner to product managers and cross-functional partners, communicating on behalf of the team and representing the voice of the client.
- Develop and maintain product health analytics, tracking KPIs, client satisfaction, and customer experience metrics.
- Systematically capture and coordinate product feedback, new requests, and initiatives, and maintain robust product governance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in payments product management, strategy, business management, or related roles
- Completion of a 4 year college degree
- Proven track record of synthesizing complex feedback and driving actionable insights for product strategy
- Strong analytical skills and experience developing product health metrics
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to all levels of management
- Experience working in agile/scrum teams (including JIRA proficiency)
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred; Private Banking or payments product experience preferred
- Comfortable using AI and analytics to support research and strategy development
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across the organization; results-oriented with strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Demonstrate solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow-through and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and workstreams
- Help solve pressing issues through thoughtful, strategic, and pragmatic execution
