Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including technology, design, marketing, and operations teams, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and client feedback, using data-driven insights to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
