Prime Financial Services Product Development, Vice President
Help shape the future of Prime Financial Services in Asia Pacific by turning market structure and client signals into product strategy and measurable growth. You will sit at the center of a front-to-back ecosystem, partnering across Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Controls to deliver scalable innovation that strengthens our competitive position. This role is ideal for a quantitatively oriented, commercially minded product leader who enjoys solving complex financing and trading workflow challenges with data, analytics and emerging technologies
As a Vice President in Prime Financial Services Product development, you will own the Asia Pacific strategy and analytics agenda across Prime Brokerage and Securities Financing and translate insights into product priorities and growth opportunities. You will quantify and optimize financing economics by analyzing revenue, risk, returns and balances, identifying key performance drivers to improve profitability, controls and decision-making. You will drive front-to-back initiatives across prime workflows and platform capabilities spanning synthetic and cash financing, with a strong focus on execution, governance and scalable outcomes
Job responsibilities
- Own the Asia Pacific Prime strategy and analytics agenda across Prime Brokerage and Securities Financing, translating market structure and client signals into product priorities and growth opportunities.

- Quantify and optimize financing economics by analyzing revenue, risk, returns and balances
- Identify key performance drivers and recommend changes to improve profitability and controls
- Drive front-to-back initiatives across prime workflows (including locates/short coverage, trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, and reporting)
- Enhance platform capabilities across synthetic and cash financing
- Apply generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics and automation to improve decisioning and client outcomes, with appropriate controls and governance
- Partner across Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Controls to deliver scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Securities Financing and Prime Brokerage across synthetic and cash financing
- Proven experience delivering complex initiatives in financing markets and trading ecosystems
- In-depth understanding of Prime Brokerage operational processes (including locates, short coverage, trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, and reporting)
- Experience supporting clients trading across Hong Kong, China, Korea, Taiwan and/or broader Asia Pacific markets
- Experience as a product owner, business architect, trading business management, trading support lead, or front-to-back platform transformation lead
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including large dataset analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to analyze revenue, risk, returns and balances, identify key drivers, and recommend changes to improve profitability and controls
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders across locations and functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of front-to-back Prime Brokerage infrastructure, synthetic financing workflows and trade lifecycle processes.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience evaluating revenue opportunities, financing economics, platform investments, operating efficiencies and business risks.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to systematic trading and quantitative workflows
- Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation in a product context
- Python and SQL skills, plus experience with data visualization and analytics tools
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills
