Our services include Global Custody, Securities Lending, Financing, and Margin Solutions.

As a Vice President in our Prime Brokerage Cash & Controls team, you will leverage your exceptional technical and leadership skills to drive team success and deliver outstanding client solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Job responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize payment processing and cash wire activities for institutional and retail clients
  • Design, implement, and monitor robust payment controls and standards
  • Lead investigations and resolution of complex cash and control breaks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners and stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues
  • Drive the design and implementation of key controls across the trade lifecycle process
  • Lead analysis and initiatives to increase STP (Straight Through Processing)
  • Develop, revise, and enforce company and department policies and procedures
  • Ensure all work items are completed within agreed timelines, setting high standards for the team
  • Prepare, analyze, and present metrics to senior management
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exceptional skills in using automation technologies to optimize systems and processes
  • Deep knowledge of market products, operating procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and ownership of complex issues
  • Impeccable time management and ability to deliver at a high standard under pressure
  • FINRA licensing: SIE + Series 99
  • Advanced expertise in data analysis and ability to communicate data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Expertise in creating and delivering presentations to senior management and stakeholders, both in person and virtually

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Significant experience in financial services, especially Corporate Banking
  • Strong payments understanding and background
  • Proven leadership in Prime Brokerage, Securities Settlements, or Asset Servicing
  • Extensive reconciliation experience
  • Advanced analytical skills
