Platforms and Infrastructure Associate - APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring strong adherence to data & AI risk and control while enabling the data & analytics strategy for superior decision-making and business outcomes to serve our clients and markets. By leveraging data and AI/ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risks. The Asia Pacific CDAO advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially valuable outcomes across the APAC markets and businesses.
As an Associate for Platforms & Infrastructure, you will help deliver and support APAC-specific data and AI platforms, ensuring they meet business and regulatory needs. You'll assist with vendor coordination, platform operations, and the integration of data and AI solutions into business processes. The role focuses on supporting robust, scalable, and compliant infrastructure to enable data-driven transformation across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivery and integration of APAC data and AI platforms.
- Support vendor coordination and solution deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Help implement data governance, access controls, and compliance measures.
- Contribute to platform monitoring, optimization, and incident resolution.
- Maintain documentation for platform processes and procedures.
- Support platform upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Track and report on platform usage and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Work with risk and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in platform engineering, infrastructure support, or technology delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, big data platforms, and APAC regulatory environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with data governance or access controls is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
