As a Repricing Senior Associate on the Pricing team, you will analyze, develop, and implement repricing strategies for treasury services products. You will also partner with technology teams in enhancements and development of our repricing platforms, including connectivity to billing. With broad scope covering statistical analysis and recommendation-based problem solving, you will have a dynamic role in a project-based environment. You possess strong analytical and programming skills, the ability to work successfully across teams, and have experience utilizing big data environments.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze and develop effective repricing strategies for treasury services products
- Collaborate with product management and sales leads to align pricing strategies with business objectives
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring analysis supporting our product and sales partners
- Validate repricing strategy is appropriately modeled prior to Payment Sales review of price changes made on each individual billing account
- Complete detailed validations to ensure approved pricing is established prior to client statements posting
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide progress updates to senior-level leaders
- Work closely with data analytics, sales, and product teams to gather insights and feedback on pricing strategies
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing changes, while providing vision on future tech enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4 years+ of experience in analytics management
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to frame hard, open ended questions and find creative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in owning hands-on analytical assignments end-to-end and ability to summarize findings to an executive audience in a fact-based and succinct manner
- Strong SQL background in querying large datasets; aptitude for technical concepts and ideas
- Experience in statistical tools and techniques, with proven ability to leverage in practical business application
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skills
- Pricing and Billing experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experiencewithin treasury Product Management, Sales, Billing and/or Implementations
