Payments - Product Solutions Analyst / Associate

As a Product Solutions Associate (PSS) in Xpedite, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients' needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams.

Job responsibilities

  • Support team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinates on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilities
  • Coordinate with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutions
  • Aggregate the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports.
  • Assist PSS in maintaining pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate sales stages, revenue forecasts, and close dates, while reviewing monthly revenue reports to ensure client alignment and accuracy.
  • Leverage available data to identify potential revenue opportunities by positioning Xpedite products and engaging with payment sales managers on client requests, including decks, insightful data, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with PSS, global clearing, and Sales Payments to complete and identify RFPs and RFIs, ensuring the best solutions for customers.
  • Assist the PSS lead with daily inquiries from clients and Payments Sales, providing timely and effective support.
  • Work with product teams to provide feedback on potential product gaps and help build a business case to prioritize and enhance corridors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment solutions for clients, maintaining excellent customer service and experience.
  • Present and engage in client pitches by thoroughly understanding the client profile and positioning the most suitable solution to meet their needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor 's Degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines
  • 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
