Kinexys Digital Assets is a pioneering multi-asset tokenization platform that enables clients to unlock untapped utility for their financial assets. Our team is strategically located across London, Singapore, and New York. This role involves managing the onboarding of new applications and clients, alongside providing support and account management to existing clients.
As a Commercial Product professional in the Kinexys Digital Assets team you will help us grow, broaden and scale our platform of blockchain-based applications and services. This position requires a high-energy, self-directed, and collaborative individual. It offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of stakeholders within and outside the organization and contribute to building the future of finance. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the senior Commercial Product (CP) team to progress on CP goals, specifically growing our applications by onboarding internal and external users, deepening stakeholder engagement across the firm, blockchain / tokenization use case identification and vetting and identifying commercially viable partnerships to extend capabilities
- Create and own marketing materials that highlight the benefits of traditional services applied to digital assets, supporting platform expansion and application enhancement.
- Maintain and update meeting trackers and other activity-based tracking to measure and align team efforts.
- Take ownership of key initiatives for the group relating to the commercialization of our products and services.
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams to enhance understanding and engagement with digital asset offerings, supporting client interactions across financial services related to tokenized assets.
- Identify new business opportunities by staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in digital asset ecosystems and help develop business cases for incremental investment.
- Collaborate with product delivery teams to develop blockchain solutions, ensuring alignment to client needs and commercial viability.
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify trends and maintain Kinexys' leadership in digital asset services.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives exploring public blockchain infrastructure for client solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in digital asset engagements.
- Partner with legal, compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure products are compliant and commercially viable.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain, and related applications, including technical knowledge of capital markets, asset management and/or asset servicing businesses.
- Interest in tokenization, digital assets and the potential impact on traditional financial market practices.
- Strong focus on execution and attention to detail, managing multiple client relationships and initiatives.
- Focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into simple to understand language.
- Ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic environment.
