As Vice President, Automation & Transformation Lead for Payments Finance, you will spearhead the transformation of financial processes through advanced analytics, automation, and data strategy. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with firmwide, CIB, and India transformation and data teams, and leverage common solutions to deliver scalable, impactful results for Payments products. Your leadership will empower the organization to optimize financial performance, accelerate innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Payments Finance automation and transformation team, setting vision, strategy, and goals to deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced automation solutions for FP&A and financial operations using Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Champion the development and optimization of data models, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines to support robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with firmwide, CIB, and India transformation and data teams to leverage common platforms, share best practices, and deliver integrated solutions for Payments products.
- Collaborate with senior business managers, product owners, and finance leaders to translate strategic business requirements into actionable automation and analytics initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML methodologies to automate and enhance financial forecasting, planning, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across all automation and BI solutions.
- Oversee strategic projects and cross-functional analytics initiatives, streamlining data flows and improving resource utilization and financial performance.
- Present complex analytical findings, automation strategies, and transformation results to executive management in a clear, compelling manner.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, automation, and FP&A, with proven leadership in transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Databricks for data modeling, automation, and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing data warehouses, ETL processes, and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), payments products, and large-scale data management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Certification in Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
- Experience leading financial modeling and forecasting initiatives in Payments or Treasury functions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in financial analytics and automation.
Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets and global teams.
