Job Summary
As a Product Oversight Manager in the Treasury Services Payments Product Management Team, you play a key role in ensuring our payment products are safe, scalable, and compliant. You will work with us to promote sustainability and robust controls, helping us deliver the right products to the right clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team, foster a culture of transparency, and drive continuous improvement in product risk management. Your work will help us meet commercial and regulatory requirements while supporting our clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory and thought leadership on regulatory remediation and operating model design
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Control functions to implement new risk measures and enhance controls
  • Monitor key triggers and emerging issues across the product portfolio
  • Support regional programs and ensure high-quality execution of deliverables
  • Promote best practices in documentation, record-keeping, and evidence management
  • Diagnose and remediate governance and control challenges impacting business scalability
  • Implement enhancements to operating models, workflows, and controls for sustainability
  • Optimize risk detection, remediation, and ownership models in a continuous improvement cycle
  • Act as a gatekeeper for product risk profile, health, and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Business Controls, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
  • Raise blockers and other impediments to the wider Product Management organisation to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Financial Services or payments business
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and schedule resources
  • Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Appreciation of risk management and governance
  • Continuous improvement mindset and appetite to learn

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Prior collaboration with Product Management, Control teams, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, or Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
