As a Payment Lifecycle Manager in the Global Cash Operations and Utilities team, you will spearhead strategic projects to enhance reconciliation processes and operational effectiveness. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver automation and process improvements, using your expertise to identify opportunities and drive results. Together, we will set new standards for efficiency, accuracy, and risk management. You will play a central role in shaping our approach to break management and supporting our commitment to client excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute transformation initiatives focused on reconciliation break management.
- Initiate, plan, and deliver multiple projects across regions and the full process lifecycle.
- Create end-to-end process visualizations and mapping for break management.
- Research and implement business process changes and system enhancements.
- Develop and drive automation projects using Python and robotic process automation tools.
- Identify and implement process reengineering and optimization strategies.
- Standardize key performance and risk indicators across regions.
- Collaborate with AI, machine learning, risk, controls, and operations teams on project deliverables.
- Facilitate regular business review meetings for break management across all regions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of breaks.
- Partner with risk, governance, and compliance teams to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of business, data analysis, or process automation experience.
- Proficiency in Python and robotic process automation tools such as UiPath Studio-X and Studio.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation solutions.
- Proven ability to build Alteryx solutions and translate them into Tableau dashboard reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting reusable automation solutions and attended bots.
- Strong understanding of financial services, payment operations, or reconciliation processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

- Experience with cognitive automation, OCR tools, and AI/machine learning.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required by project demands.
- Ability to foster partnership and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
