PAG - Transformation Developer - Associate

As a Transformation Developer - Associate within the Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation group in PAG, you will focus on delivering transformation projects that leverage advanced analytics, automation, and data-promoten insights to solve business challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects involving intelligent automation, process optimization, and analytics using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and UiPath.
- Track and report KPIs, OKRs, and project benefits (cost/value delivered, inventory, license/infrastructure costs) for senior management.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and dashboards.
- Mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets (Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, JIRA logs, etc.) and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch the thinking of the group.
- Stay current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on status, risks, roadblocks, and outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, Databases) .
- Minimum 5 years' experience in advanced data analysis, automation, and solution development.
- Proven expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databases, and UiPath Hyperautomation.
- Strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated experience.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
- Experience working with large datasets and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with financial technologies and a commitment to ongoing skill development.
