Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Analysis

As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Analysis, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for developing a broad knowledge of Escrow Servicing and a good understanding of processes within Escrow Analysis and will need to build a strong understanding of the systems used, procedures, reporting, and business workflows within assigned responsibilities and prioritize and execute time sensitive deliverables daily and with little direction or oversight. You will need to become familiar with various reports and databases used by the team to complete daily activities and you will work closely with the Team Lead, Leadership Team, Business Analysts, within Escrow Analysis and other internal partners to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues. You will engage in detailed research and providing thorough responses to customer complaints and feedback and may be asked to assist in creating, reviewing, revising, and submitting procedure updates. You will be expected to assist with audits, process walkthroughs, and requests from Control Team.

  • Assist in facilitate training within the team as needed Conducts research and analyzes data
  • Engage timely and professionally directly with others at all levels as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous Mortgage Servicing experience
  • Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, strategic management and ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers
  • Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience
  • Experience with MSP, Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience
  • Experience with MSP, Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
