Operations Project Execution - Vice President

As an Operations Project Execution Vice President in Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations within Global Supplier Services, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects that ensure efficient execution, on-time and on-budget outcomes, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements across Third Party Oversight and Inter-Affiliate Oversight programs. You will foster operational excellence, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders across the firm to uphold policy standards and risk commitments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, and track a pipeline of Inter‑Affiliate and Third‑Party projects to ensure adherence to program requirements.
  • Monitor projects and services using reports, tools, and system research to maintain visibility over the Inter‑Affiliate/Third‑Party relationship.
  • Ensure all applicable requirements are completed within required timeframes based on risk tier; manage timelines for all process steps.
  • Translate and communicate risks and issues to business stakeholders, articulating business impact and remediation paths.
  • Update required systems (e.g., Compass, QlikView, Cognos) and maintain documentation in line with policies and procedures.
  • Elicit and document business needs and identify solutions to mitigate risks while building strong, trust‑based relationships across levels of the organization.
  • Partner across countries and regions with local Subject Matter Experts and functions including Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Tax to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control outcomes.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing for technical and process changes, including authoring test scripts and use cases.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10+ years in Inter‑Affiliate Services, Finance, Sourcing, Third‑Party Oversight, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Tax, and Regional Governance for coordinated program execution.
  • Knowledge of regional and local regulatory outsourcing requirements and risk management principles.
  • Familiarity with Inter‑Affiliate Oversight /Third Party Oversight standards and experience with procurement and reporting tools (e.g., Compass, Ariba, Cognos).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to execute and escalate appropriately.
  • Sound business judgment with a proactive approach to identifying issues early and applying root‑cause analysis to drive long‑term solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data and process flows in operational contexts.
  • Proven ability to drive complex problems to resolution and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including at least intermediate Excel skills.
