As an Operations Manager II within Escrow, you will oversee a team of Associate Operations Supervisors. You will lead efforts in managing and processing loans, focusing on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups. You will work closely with domestic partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and goal attainment. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:
- Leads and inspires a team of Associate Operations Supervisors.
- Directs efforts in managing and processing mortgage and home equity loans.
- Focuses on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.

- Experience in mortgage and home equity loan processing.
- Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Experience in managing Escrow Servicing and Vendor Audit work groups.
