Join the JP Morgan Spółka Europejska (JPMSE) Operations Governance & Projects Team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, transparent, and timely reporting that supports strategic decision-making, initiatives and regulatory compliance.

As a JPMSE Operations Governance & Projects Analyst within the JPMSE Operations team, you will closely work with the JPMSE Head of Operations, and prepare & deliver comprehensive governance reports for senior stakeholders across the bank. Your work will ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting materials, support the enhancement of reporting processes, and help monitor strategic implementations relevant to the Legal Entity. The role requires building strong relationships with Operations teams and leads across the globe, as well as with the second line of defense.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive governance reports to support the JPMSE Head of Operations

• Support submission requirements for relevant Legal Entity Boards, business-specific committees and forums, which may involve minutes taking, action tracking & follow up, and scheduling logistics

• Support data collation and timely reporting for relevant Board/LOB Committee reports, and materials in accordance with strict deadlines

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting materials, aligning with internal and regulatory standards

• Coordinate topics for presentations (materials and presenters) to ensure adequate visibility and transparency across Committees/Forums

• Review topics for governance focus, reporting analysis for statuses and ensuring a month-on-month trending view is supplied

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Outsourcing and Technology to gather and analyse data for reporting purposes

• Support the development and enhancement of reporting processes, including the use of digital tools for visualization and automation

• Assist in the preparation of materials for stakeholder engagements, ensuring effective communication and transparency

• Maintain a strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to Operations and Outsourcing to ensure compliance

• Develop a network of internal stakeholder relationships in support of delivering key governance materials

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in Financial Services with background in governance reporting, controls, regulatory, quality assurance, finance or compliance

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience

• Ability to reconcile, analyze and interpret data, and to summarize key messages for providing commentary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines, demonstrating accountability and ownership

• Experience in managing reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

• Ability to perform in a virtual team environment

• Aptitude at relationship building with all types of Business, Operational and Cross Functional partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in facilitating formal governance processes

• Knowledge of Markets, Securities Services, Payments, and Private Bank products would be beneficial

• Project Management Knowledge

• Skills in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis

• Ability to develop automation solution

• Work effectively in agile environments, adaptable to shifting priorities and delivering value whilst dealing with change
