Drive digital transformation in Wholesale KYC Operations by architecting PEGA-led low code automation that modernizes onboarding and due diligence with robust UI and data integrations.

As a Operations Automation Associate within Wholesale KYC Operations, you design and deliver low code automation solutions that transform client onboarding and due diligence in a highly regulated environment. You bridge business and technology by translating requirements into scalable workflows, user experiences, and data-backed integrations. You lead hands-on implementations using PEGA, Python, AI/ML, modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; Angular/React), and enterprise databases (MySQL/Oracle/Postgres) to improve efficiency and control outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and transformation stakeholders to identify process pain points and define optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and document functional/non-functional requirements, including gap analysis and future-state designs.
  • Design end-to-end automation solutions using low code platforms, incorporating UI needs and data integrations aligned to controls.
  • Develop and implement solutions hands-on using PEGA, Python, and AI/ML to improve decisioning, throughput, and process intelligence.
  • Build supporting front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, leveraging frameworks such as Angular or React where appropriate.
  • Integrate workflows with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Postgres to enable reliable data access and optimized processing.
  • Guide citizen developers and junior developers through best practices and code reviews to maintain quality, scalability, and reuse.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • 5+ years of experience delivering low code automation solutions within financial services environments
  • PEGA low code expertise with Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with familiarity in Angular and/or React
  • Experience with relational database technologies including MySQL, Oracle, and Postgres

  • Strong Java/Python programming skills, including automation scripts, data processing workflows, and integration of AI/ML libraries/frameworks
  • Exposure to GenAI/LLM capabilities applied to automation or decision workflows
  • KYC, AML, and Client Reference Data domain expertise within onboarding and due diligence processes
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management, controls, and regulatory expectations in regulated financial services environments
