Operations Associate

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the operational functions in Buenos Aires. This role is ideal for individuals with 4 to 9 years of experience in operations who excel in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results in line with JPMorgan Chase standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute operational processes related to the lifecycle of financial products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. •
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to support daily operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to established procedures and supporting risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, scale, and resilience within the operating platform.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and operational transparency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, distilling complex topics into clear, concise information.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, proactively managing issues and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 4 to 9 years in operations roles; experience in financial operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize data to draw appropriate conclusions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Risk and control mindset, demonstrating sound judgment in balancing innovation and growth with regulatory, legal, and operational risk management.
- Effective communication skills, able to present information clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of quality.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and applying innovative thinking to operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates accountability and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
