As a Client Operations Analyst within the Network Registration and BIN File Oversight team, you ensure accurate registration processes and strong controls that support our clients' success. You partner across teams to evaluate, monitor, and maintain high-quality data and documentation. You help uphold standards that protect our business and clients while identifying process improvements. You work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your contributions drive measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on BIN file oversight and registration requirements.
  • Evaluate and monitor BIN files to ensure adherence to standards and control expectations.
  • Compile, reconcile, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation and data for audit readiness.
  • Provide timely and precise information throughout network registration processes.
  • Research applicable regulatory and network requirements and translate them into operational guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and drive consistent client experiences.
  • Prepare and present clear reports and metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or support initiatives that streamline operational processes and strengthen controls.
  • Stay current on industry trends and mandates to anticipate and address process impacts.
  • Identify and remediate process gaps related to policies and procedures end to end.
  • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with strong time management and follow-through.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience collating, reconciling, and reporting large data sets with high accuracy.
  • Ability to evaluate documentation for completeness and compliance with defined standards.
  • Strong client focus with a commitment to a sound control environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics in real time and cumulatively to drive actions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to articulate risks and issues and explain business impact and remediation options.
  • Foundational knowledge of payments, compliance, quality, operations, legal, or risk domains.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant training, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring or payments operations.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools to develop clear reports, graphs, and analytics.
  • Extremely analytical with superior Excel/Access knowledge
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and inform decisions.
