Job responsibilities

  • Lead monthly business reviews ensuring content quality through collaboration with platform and service owners.
  • Manage monthly headcount forecasting, reconciliation, and planning, maintaining historical data and providing insights on trends.
  • Oversee travel and expense management, including planning and budget oversight.
  • Drive portfolio and resource management activities, including ownership of relevant tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on organizational effectiveness, recommend solutions, and partner with leadership on remediation.
  • Lead people development initiatives, supporting team growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate with communications to ensure effective messaging and develop Town Hall materials.
  • Serve as backup to the Chief of Staff, supporting GMs and product line leadership as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a strategy, chief of staff, or project management function in a large organization
  • Outcome-driven, with a focus on metrics, accountability, and delivering measurable results.
  • Skilled at translating complexity into clarity for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
  • Effective at breaking silos and unblocking execution to drive team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to storyboard and develop visually compelling presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
