As a Marketing Website Content Owner Associate in the Office of the CMO, you will curate and create engaging content with AI tools, analyzing site performance, and collaborating with marketing, tech, and communications teams. You'll regularly present insights to senior leaders and help shape how Marketing is experienced across the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the content strategy for the internal marketing website. Manage the collection, organization, and publication of content to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate, enhance, and personalize website content, ensuring efficiency and innovation in storytelling.
  • Analyze website and content performance data to understand what's working, identify opportunities, and drive adoption. Use insights to continually improve the strategy.
  • Partner with CMO and functional teams to identify and prioritize content, ensuring the right stories are showcased at the right time.
  • Work with product and technology teams on website development, deployment, and ongoing updates to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to promote new content and drive awareness of the website across the organization.
  • Present progress, insights, and recommendations to the Marketing Leadership Team. Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism in all interactions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1 plus year of work experience in a Marketing role and/or website content role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • High level of professionalism and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leaders
