Marketing Strategy Analyst- Asset & Wealth Management
At J.P. Morgan Asset Management, we leverage the power of perspective to guide our clients on the path to achieving their objectives. This role is on the North America Institutional & Retirement Marketing team, which focuses on understanding client needs and building impactful marketing strategies strongly aligned to our sales teams.
As a Marketing Strategy Analyst within Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and measuring the impact of marketing strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. You will work closely with the Head of North America Institutional & Retirement Marketing to support initiatives across key client segments, including retirement plans, endowments and foundations, and healthcare companies.

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to maintain strategy documents and dashboards.
- Support digital communications and project management across teams.
- Update collateral and webpages, ensuring compliance and legal standards.
- Partner with marketing segment leads to maximize event marketing opportunities.
- Develop and manage project plans for key initiatives.
- Extract and organize data to support strategic planning.
- Track departmental budget and manage invoice submissions.
- Build strong relationships with marketing leads and centers of excellence.
- Ensure timely access to marketing data for team and partners.
- Present marketing intelligence and suggest improvements for program effectiveness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to quantify marketing program success and present data-driven insights.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal partners.
- Interest in data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and invoices.
- Experience with marketing and sales technology systems (e.g., Workfront, Salesforce).
- Experience in event marketing and onsite activation.
