Marketing Program Manager-Vice President-Marketing Execution

This team is responsible for working with Product, Technology and marketing teams to build and manage marketing enhancements.
As a Program Manager -Vice president on the Marketing Execution team, you will have extensive experience in business analysis to lead complex, multifaceted programs and projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, translating strategic business requirements into actionable strategies while managing change and aligning product roadmaps. You will work closely with senior executives, technology innovators, and operational teams to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of business and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide executive leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs and projects.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive program strategies that integrates business analysis, cross-product evaluation, impact analysis and risk management.
- Lead the documentation and analysis of business requirements, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization and seamless translation into actionable project plans.
- Oversee the development of detailed roadmaps outlining critical milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of product and program delivery processes, including project intake, release management, and performance reporting.
- Champion robust collaboration across diverse teams to align on shared visions and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and guide senior project managers and business analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management and analysis methodologies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that could impact the successful delivery of initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement through data-driven insights, innovative thinking, and market trend analysis.
- Present clear updates on program progress, risks, and opportunities at executive meetings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management at a senior level, with a significant focus on business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful program delivery and strategic leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in conducting comprehensive business analysis and translating complex requirements into clear strategic plans.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and problem resolution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and modern technology transformation initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of AI, automation trends, and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills tailored to executive-level communications and negotiations.
- Proven track record of managing complex, strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business results.
