As a Macro Structured Products Sales Executive Director, you originate, articulate, and execute client‑focused solutions across foreign exchange, interest rates, and emerging markets. You convert market views into actionable proposals with clear payoff design and risk framing. You coordinate seamless execution from origination through lifecycle management while maintaining rigorous governance and suitability. You communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders to drive engagement and results.
Job responsibilities
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with institutional investors across priority segments
- Execute client coverage plans and deliver differentiated market insights and structured trade ideas aligned to client objectives
- Partner with trading, structuring, research, legal, compliance, operations, and syndicate to ensure end‑to‑end execution quality
- Originate, structure, and distribute solutions
- Translate macro views into client‑ready proposals, including payoff design, scenario analysis, and risk/return framing
- Present clear, timely market updates and product education, articulating structure mechanics, risks, and payoff profiles
- Navigate regional distribution channels and regulatory frameworks while upholding governance and suitability standards
- Coordinate pricing, allocations, and post‑trade follow‑through to ensure client satisfaction and outcomes
- Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen product knowledge, sales acumen, and disciplined execution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10 years of sales experience in macro or structured products markets
- Established relationships with institutional investors and a proven record of originating and executing complex transactions
- Deep understanding of FX, Rates, and Emerging Markets product mechanics, pricing drivers, liquidity dynamics, and risk factors
- Demonstrated ability to develop client‑relevant trade concepts and themes with commercial impact
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of valuation and risk (for example, Greeks and scenario analysis)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Proficiency with leading market data and electronic execution platforms (for example, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics and client materials
- Self‑motivated with a growth mindset and the discipline to expand wallet share and client reach
- Relevant regulatory registrations and licensing required for coverage region (for example, Series 7 and 63 or regional equivalents)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with cross‑border distribution and regional markets (for example, Asia‑Pacific)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another relevant language to support regional client coverage
- Familiarity with structured product documentation and distribution standards (for example, key information documents where applicable) and suitability frameworks
- Practical understanding of hedging strategies, risk transfer, and lifecycle risk management for structured products
- Experience with EM‑linked and cross‑asset structures, including optionality and capital protection features
