Job summary:

As a Vice President in Corporate Sales team, you will be responsible for leading FX & Fixed Income corporate sales for region across client segments, driving regional P&L growth and senior client coverage while delivering innovative cross‑asset solutions across to J.P. Morgan's corporate customers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own regional P&L and set coverage priorities and deliver revenue and wallet share targets.
  • Originate, structure, and execute solutions across FX and rates for large corporates, multinationals, and mid‑market clients.
  • Expand and maintain senior client relationships (treasury, finance); develop account plans and manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Partner with Corporate Banking, Payments, Trading, Structuring and Investment Banking to deliver optimal risk management solutions to clients.
  • Coach and develop junior talent

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong FX and Derivatives Market Knowledge
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, relationship management and managing P&L
  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders including corporate banking, investment banking, trading and other product teams
  • Developed and established relationships with key corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework applicable across corporates banking needs
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong executive presence; able to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders (Treasurers, CFOs, senior management).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute or CFA (Level 3)/FRM (Level 2)/CA (practicing)
  • Clear, structured thinker; turns complex FX and rates into concise, executive‑ready messages.
  • Proficient in Bloomberg and Excel, PowerPoint, Word; delivers fast, accurate analytics and client materials.
  • Demonstrated regional P&L leadership: set coverage strategy and targets, and drive accountability to deliver revenue and returns.
