Loan IQ - Product Delivery - Associate

As a Product Delivery Associate within the Corporate and Investment Bank Wholesale Lending Services team, you are entrusted with ensuring the stable and scalable delivery of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cultivate essential relationships, and facilitate the product's ongoing value delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, solution design, and critical problem-solving to address business needs.
  • Integrate and work with Finastra Loan IQ APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Manage and support agented and non-agented loan servicing processes throughout the entire loan lifecycle.
  • Test and validate APIs using advanced tools such as SOAP UI, LoanIQ API Test Tool, Postman, and Bruno.
  • Analyze and interpret the Loan IQ database schema and data model to support business and technical requirements.
  • Utilize SQL for data interrogation, trend analysis, and resolution of issues.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve processing discrepancies and anomalies within loan operations.
  • Independently book test transactions and plan, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder management and communication, bridging gaps between business and technology teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and detailed user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate 8+ years of hands-on business analysis experience with Loan IQ.
  • Apply deep expertise in data analysis, solution design, and critical problem-solving.
  • Integrate and work effectively with Finastra Loan IQ APIs.
  • Understand agented and non-agented loan servicing processes across the full loan lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency with SOAP UI, LoanIQ API Test Tool, Postman, and Bruno for API testing.
  • Grasp the Loan IQ database schema and data model thoroughly.
  • Employ SQL skills for data interrogation, trend analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve processing discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Independently book test transactions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively between business and technology teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
