As an Insights and Solutions Senior Associate in the Insights and Solutions team, you play a key role in enhancing how we operate and deliver results. You will work closely with us to map, simplify, and document processes, supporting strategic improvements across departments. Your ability to collaborate, analyze data, and communicate effectively will help us achieve our organizational objectives. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams to interview stakeholders and generate insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to review and optimize processes, enhancing efficiency.
- Support the identification of opportunities for innovation using digital tools.
- Assist in evaluating processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions, including automation.
- Craft clear narratives to communicate complex ideas and influence change.
- Lead workstreams, demonstrating leadership and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Develop and implement initiatives focused on simplification and digital adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align process improvement efforts with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Significant experience developing and implementing process improvement or re-engineering programs focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction.
- Demonstrated ability to support change management processes, including effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience interpreting data and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and support diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
- Self-motivated, with a track record of executing deliverables with speed and precision.
- Dedicated learner with a strong commitment to skill development and curiosity for new knowledge.
