As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You'll utilize your expertise to develop and enhance solutions that empower clients to optimize their liquidity. Your work will be informed by robust user research and client feedback, enabling you to deliver innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You'll collaborate with teams across technology, operations, sales, and client services to ensure seamless product integration and delivery, directly impacting the success of our clients' treasury operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support management and commercialization of cash concentration products in partnership with product leads.
  • Conduct deep dives to understand technical functionality and participate in product discovery with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities and capture client requirements.
  • Assess impacts of new features to ensure strategic alignment and client value.
  • Gather and analyze user research and market data to inform the product roadmap.
  • Manage change readiness and launch activities for new product enhancements.
  • Develop and update product materials and collateral for Sales and PSS teams.
  • Track and evaluate product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs to support revenue goals and spot emerging trends.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, support go-to-market strategies, and create sales enablement materials.
  • Gather sales feedback to inform product development and ensure alignment between Sales and Product teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on cash concentration, treasury management, or liquidity solutions.
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • In-depth understanding of the cash concentration product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Experience in product lifecycle activities, especially discovery and requirements definition for cash concentration solutions; ability to translate complex client needs into actionable features.
  • Developing proficiency in data analytics and data literacy, with the ability to use cash concentration metrics and performance indicators to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate and influence across multiple teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with global cash management practices and regulations, offering a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities in cash concentration.
