Legal Entity Data Intelligence Lead -Vice President
Drive meaningful, data-led change in a highly regulated environment by shaping how legal entity data is governed, adopted, and used for oversight. You will turn complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that strengthen decision-making and continuously improve outcomes.
As a Legal Entity Data Intelligence Lead in Global Supplier Services, you will lead the strategy and execution for legal entity data intelligence within the Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) organization. You will establish and manage a framework dedicated to legal entity data ensuring high standards for data quality, governance, and risk management. Reporting into CTPO Regional Oversight team, and working specifically with Regional LE Governance, you will set strategic direction for the LE profile use, drive its adoption, and lead continuous improvement. You will ensure legal entity data is leveraged as a strategic asset, risk is identified and addressed proactively, and program decision-making is consistently powered by actionable insights and scalable, governed processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operating model, governance, and strategic vision for the Legal Entity Profile framework and related data products.
- Consolidate data sources to create a single, authoritative source of truth, enhancing governance and program effectiveness.
- Design and deliver insights, assessments, and analyses to inform risk prioritization.
- Lead adoption and operationalization of data solutions, adapting to emerging risks and changing priorities.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and standardized review materials for consistent oversight and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage senior management and partners as a subject matter expert, delivering reporting and legal entities review frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and data-driven methodologies to enhance efficiency and program outcomes.
- Identify and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and elevate data management practices.
- Set priorities, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Risk Management) or equivalent extensive work experience.
- Significant experience in product ownership, program leadership, or data intelligence roles within complex, regulated financial services environments.
- Proven track record of establishing and leading data-driven programs or products end-to-end, from strategy and design through operationalization and continuous improvement.
- Advanced expertise in data intelligence, analytics, and governance, with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, multi-source datasets into strategic insights that drive executive decision-making.
- Established ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders, building credibility, driving alignment, and delivering with authority across diverse organizational levels and functions.
- Demonstrated strength in leading through ambiguity and complexity, setting direction independently and delivering outcomes in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information in a clear, compelling, and executive-ready manner.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize competing firmwide initiatives, balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence, governance program, or equivalent strategic function within a large, matrixed global organization.
- Deep familiarity with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), supplier oversight, or legal entity governance frameworks within a regulated financial institution.
- Experience navigating and delivering impact within complex regulatory environments, with working knowledge of relevant supervisory expectations across global regions.
- Proficiency in data visualization, workflow management, or AI-enabled analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) and demonstrated ability to leverage these tools for strategic program advancement.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and digital transformation practices applied at scale.
- Proven ability to build consensus and drive change across senior, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Track record of innovating and modernizing products or programs, bringing creative, forward-thinking solutions to established governance
