As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Global Technology - Infrastructure Platforms team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Design, implement, and embed innovative change management strategies and frameworks that align with our vision, business priorities, and the needs of a diverse, global workforce
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Partner with senior leaders (leadership teams, CIO-2 leaders, Executive Directors, People Managers) to ignite their passion, build their change leadership capabilities, and empower them to drive transformation at scale
- Create dynamic spaces for leaders and teams to connect, collaborate, and learn. Run workshops, working groups, and interventions that drive engagement, innovation, and adoption
- Champion horizontal, customer-focused teams and product-centric operating models, facilitating the adoption of new principles, behaviors, and mindsets across the organization
- Assess readiness, implement maturity models, and deliver targeted interventions to elevate our organizational effectiveness
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, and identify challenges and opportunities to deliver creative and actionable solutions that move us forward
- Lead the journey of change for 6,000+ employees-ensuring everyone is engaged, accountable, and energized to contribute to our transformation
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Skilled in designing and leading workshops, working groups, and interventions that spark engagement and action.
- Deep experience leading large-scale change and transformation in complex, global organizations.
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Ability to think big, connect the dots, and design innovative solutions that drive real impact
- Understand how to inspire and enable senior leaders to be visible, active champions of change
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage, influence, and inspire at all levels
- Commitment to diversity, opportunity, and inclusion and able to connect and collaborate across cultures and teams
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Certification in Program Management (PgMP), Project Management (PMP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.
