As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Corporate Sector's Operating Model Enablement team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. You will drive adoption of Global Technology priorities by building strategic relationships, creating compelling narratives, activating large-scale engagement campaigns, and partnering with executives, Product, Engineering, Technology Centers, AI organizations, and Operating Model teams to influence behavior and accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate is an innovative relationship builder with proven success leading complex enterprise programs, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and translating strategic objectives into measurable adoption and engagement outcomes. They bring a unique combination of consulting rigor, marketing creativity, program leadership, and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs aligned to Global Technology and Operating Model Enablement priorities, driving end-to-end execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Design and deliver engagement strategies that build awareness, accelerate adoption, and sustain behavior change across diverse audiences.
  • Build trusted-advisor partnerships with senior leaders (Product, Engineering, Tech Center leadership) and strategic partners to shape priorities and unblock outcomes.
  • Develop scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, activation models, and governance routines that can be reused across Global Technology organizations.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, leadership forums, and executive communications to drive clarity, commitment, and coordinated action.
  • Translate complex technology strategy into clear, compelling narratives; create executive-ready presentations, messaging frameworks, and thought-leadership content.
  • Drive enterprise awareness campaigns spanning AI, developer productivity, operating model transformation, learning initiatives, and culture programs.
  • Build and activate communities of practice and ecosystems (ambassador networks, mentorship programs, practitioner forums) to increase participation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
  • Define success metrics and continuous-improvement loops; monitor adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and value realization, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving execution across matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and actionable messages.
  • Experience building partnerships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset to leverage metrics to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs, strategic initiatives, or organizational transformations.
  • Management consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy organization.
  • Marketing, communications, organizational effectiveness, or change management expertise.
  • Experience supporting technology strategy, AI adoption, digital transformation, or developer experience programs.
  • Experience building communities, ambassador networks, mentorship programs, or enterprise engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with technology operating models, Agile delivery, Product Management, and modern software development practices.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
