As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Technology - Compute Infrastructure team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

You are a key leader responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure programs and initiatives. You will act as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring that infrastructure solutions deliver real value, reliability, and performance. Drawing on your deep understanding of technical program management and infrastructure, you will drive program planning, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure continuous improvement through feedback and iteration. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including infrastructure engineers, architects, security, and application teams-to deliver high-quality compute solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities (e.g., hybrid cloud, edge computing, hardware acceleration) into program roadmaps.
  • Own, maintain, and develop program backlogs that support the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on infrastructure features and enhancements.
  • Track key program metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk posture, reliability, and performance indicators.
  • Guide successful program launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for mission-critical infrastructure services.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced knowledge of the program management life cycle, delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and infrastructure concepts such as compute resource management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Proven ability to lead technical program management activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with a focus on infrastructure products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives for large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable compute infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership to partners and drive adoption of best-in-class program management and planning processes within the Compute Infrastructure domain.
  • Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders across the product and technology ecosystem.
  • Monitor program progress, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and impact.

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience collaborating with infrastructure engineering, cloud, security, and application teams.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure metrics (e.g., uptime, latency, capacity, utilization), performance evaluation, and best practices for operational excellence.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging infrastructure technologies, trends (e.g., hybrid/multi-cloud, edge computing, infrastructure as code), and industry best practices to inform program strategy and execution.
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements in enterprise infrastructure environments.
