Lead Solutions Analyst: Vice President DATA

As a Lead Solutions Analyst at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Banking, you will apply quantitative and analytical skills to complex problems and partner across teams to design, evaluate, and execute analytics solutions. You will analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources and present clear, audience-appropriate views for stakeholders ranging from technical partners to senior leaders. You will also help shape how success is measured by defining and using objectives and key results, key performance indicators, and operational metrics, while supporting processes that must meet regulatory and audit standards.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and solution designs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, and delivery outcomes
  • Own multiple deliverables, including a data and reporting roadmap, delivered work visibility, and a prioritized backlog
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to validate requirements, investigate trends, and answer critical questions using multiple data sources
  • Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with report, dashboard, and technology partners to align delivery plans, confirm requirements, and support end-to-end implementation
  • Test and validate dashboards, reports, and data outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and control readiness
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, including experience developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
  • Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources and present insights clearly for different audiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build partnerships in a highly collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple in-flight deliverables and high volumes of detailed work effectively
  • Results-driven approach with a strong focus on quality and hands-on analysis and reporting delivery

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of IT service management practices, including change, incident, and problem management
  • Experience supporting metrics, dashboards, and decisioning for technology operations, service reliability, or risk management
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo constructively
  • Experience publishing user-facing documentation or knowledge articles to support self-service and adoption
