Job Summary:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer in our development team, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in coding and testing. You will help drive technical decisions and ensure the feasibility of UI/UX designs. Together, we will create innovative products that delight our users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and launch of scalable web applications with a focus on quality and user experience
- Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Conduct load and performance testing to ensure optimal responsiveness and stability
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
- Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization
- Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development and system architecture
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with server-side rendering and Node.js
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and DevOps practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms with a focus on Kubernetes
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
