As a Vice President in the Global KYC QA Testing team, you manage a regional staff across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring robust oversight of KYC testers and day-to-day testing operations. You provide business support to the Global KYC Functional Lead, focusing on developing Business Health Metrics and improving end-to-end testing processes. You utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a regional team of KYC subject matter experts, providing coaching and guidance
  • Motivate individual and team performance, developing top talent and succession plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders
  • Implement actionable Global Business Health metrics (KPIs)
  • Enforce a dynamic control and compliance environment, mitigating risk
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the KYC QA testing cycle
  • Provide feedback to Lines of Business, highlighting material error trends
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end-to-end testing processes
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for team development
  • Communicate complex AML policy and compliance requirements effectively
  • Support continuous learning and improvement within the team
