Kinexys- Engagement Associate- GTM Strategy & Business Support for Digital Assets Products

As a Senior GTM Strategy & Business support Associate within Kinexys, you will help execute Kinexys's highest-priority initiatives and deliver meaningful, high-impact outcomes. You will assist with go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, combining rigorous quantitative analysis (pricing, market sizing, adoption dynamics). The role spans commercial transformation and operating model work, market/regulatory readiness, and stakeholder-heavy programs in regulated and fast-evolving domains (including digital assets/fintech).
Job responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end consulting workstreams from diagnostic through recommendation and implementation planning, including executive-level updates and governance
- Perform market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements, and translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations
- Conduct quantitative analysis to inform GTM strategy (e.g., sizing opportunities; assessing adoption and segment dynamics; viability assessment)
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to tailor market-specific collateral, messaging, and client materials
- Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure products meet risk and compliance expectations
- Support development and ongoing refinement of business strategy, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver aligned outcomes and clear decision points
- Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership and facilitate stakeholder working sessions/workshops
- Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape to ensure recommendations reflect current market realities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of consulting or strategy experience, with demonstrated project/workstream leadership
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, governance requirements, and regional/local nuances
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to secure required approvals and operational readiness
- Collaborative working style, while also being comfortable operating independently with minimal guidance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling/analysis) and proficiency in Microsoft Word
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Curiosity about digital assets, blockchain, and fintech; ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Experience supporting digital assets commercialization, policy/legislation, or risk/regulatory work in financial services or public sector contexts
