As a Senior Associate of Marketing Technology within JPM Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how JP Morgan Wealth Management Marketing operates, driving innovation through AI, process redesign, automation, and advanced technology. By leading key projects and collaborating across teams, you'll help create faster, higher-quality marketing execution that directly impacts client engagement and business growth. Job responsibilities
- Intake, design, and deliver a target-state vision for faster, higher-quality end-to-end marketing execution.
- Own and lead two or more end-to-end process or capability projects within the transformation roadmap.
- Collaborate with marketing transformation product owners and cross-functional teams to design and build new processes and capabilities.
- Establish problem statements, opportunity goals, success measures, business requirements, dependencies, process maps, impact analyses, training, and go-to-market plans.
- Serve as the day-to-day connector across Wealth Management Marketing, leading progress and addressing barriers.
- Lead teams through change, challenge the status quo, and drive consistent marketing and customer experience.
- Document new capability benefits and processes, and roll out comprehensive training.
- Communicate project status and executive summaries to all levels through impactful storytelling.
- Build relationships to understand pain points, gather requirements, and drive solutions.
- Champion business and culture transformation with consistency, integrity, and humility.
- Operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing and communicating across all management levels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4 + years of related experience (product owner, marketing, or program management experience)
- End-to-end program delivery experience, including best practices, tools, and processes.
- Strategic thinker with proven analytical abilities, initiative, and creativity for successful execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define a path forward in large-scale initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Teams).
- Passion for technology and marketing.
