The Client Skills Training team role shapes how Private Bank Advisors and Analysts are developed to deliver a first‑class client experience in J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank. Job summary:

As a Client Skills Training - Design & Facilitation Specialist on the Private Bank Client Skills Training team will be working closely with senior leaders across the Private Bank. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that translate business strategy into real client behaviors, improving advisor effectiveness and confidence, and shaping how elite Advisors grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Client Skills Programs that directly support Private Bank Advisor and Analyst effectiveness in real client situations
  • Translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, tools, and frameworks used in the field
  • Facilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Analysts, Advisors, and senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performance
  • Own programs end-to-end from concept and design through facilitation, iteration, and impact assessment.
  • Continuously refine content based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong facilitation presence and executive-level communication skills
  • Experience in financial services, ideally wealth management/private banking, or a performance-driven front-office environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to design practical, behavior-changing learning experiences.
  • Experience working with and advising senior business leaders
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively
