J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.
We are seeking a Vice President to join our Capital Markets / Solutions team, focused on driving adoption and thoughtful use of OTC derivatives and option overlay strategies across our platforms. This role sits at the intersection of technical structuring expertise, advisor engagement, and commercial strategy, with a mandate to translate sophisticated derivatives capabilities into scalable, compliant, and repeatable solutions. You will bring strong derivatives fluency, commercial intuition, and the ability to partner closely with advisors, portfolio teams, and internal stakeholders to expand the use of options and OTC vehicles in a client-centric way.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across listed and OTC derivatives, with particular depth in OTC options, structured derivatives, and option overlays
- Act as a trusted partner to financial advisors, translating complex derivatives concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Provide education, thought leadership, and consultative support to increase advisor confidence and adoption.
- Help develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive scalable adoption of OTC derivatives and options solutions.
- Partner with platform, product, and investment teams to embed derivatives expertise into existing and new managed solutions.
- Work closely with risk, legal, compliance, trading, and operations to ensure strategies are executed within firm and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide feedback into product development, platform enhancements, and governance related to derivatives usage.
- Support senior leadership with insights on trends, usage metrics, and growth opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7+ years of experience in derivatives, options, structured products, or capital markets-related roles.
- Strong technical background in options pricing, payoff analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction.
- Experience working directly with advisors, portfolio managers, or client-facing teams in a consultative capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical expertise with commercial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (mandatory to obtain within 120 days)
- Familiarity with managed accounts, model portfolios, or overlay strategies strongly preferred.
