JPMorgan Wealth Management sits within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) and is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals. There are four major channels: Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Online Investing, our digital investing platform, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors, our newly built remote advice channel. The business operates in a highly dynamic environment, given the rapid evolution of client behavior, regulatory changes and tight partnership with other CCB businesses.
As the Vice President - Product Delivery Manager, you will shape the future of servicing experiences by delivering innovative solutions across Voice, Authentication, Advisor Notifications, Digital Client Communications, and Servicing AI Hub. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery processes, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client and advisor interactions.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for Voice, Authentication, Advisor Notifications, Digital Client Communications, and Servicing AI Hub, including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
- Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to ensure successful and timely implementations.
- Coordinate change management activities across functional partners, ensuring compliance with firm risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders in Product, Technology, Data, and Design to drive continuous improvement and deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor product performance and escalate opportunities to enhance efficiency and functional coordination.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or a relevant domain area.
- Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with release management and deployment strategies for platform-wide solutions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design principles, and data analytics.
- Experience working with digital servicing, client communications, or AI-driven platforms.
