Job responsibilities
- As a Vice President Divisional Strategy & Support Associate you will oversee communications, project management, and tracking for the Division (e.g. training progress, branch visits, and senior leader visits).
- Plan and manage Division events, including All Advisor calls and meetings, by handling logistics, managing invitation communications, and coordinating regional events with Administrative Assistants and Regional Support Leads (RSLs).
- Manage Thought Leadership allocation, coordinate with RSLs, and oversee communications, calendar of deliverables, and prep calls.
- Provide execution support for the division's wealth business by tracking and monitoring progress.
- Support strategic initiatives across partners with Regional Directors to advance divisional agenda.
- Drives special projects involving various business functions, ensuring significant organizational impact.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing projects in an investment-focused environment or related industry.
- Ability to create a collaborative environment that empowers others by inviting input from each person and sharing ownership and visibility.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to change.
- High degree of technology acumen.
- Strong communication skills, highly professional, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience re Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
