J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing (digital platform), J.P. Morgan Investments Direct, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors. J.P. Morgan (our Remote Wealth Management offering).
As a Vice President on the CWM Business Project Management Team you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and enhancing client experiences within Chase Wealth Management. This individual will partner with leaders across product, technology, legal, risk, and field teams to deliver large-scale, transformational projects that spark innovation and long-term success. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex issues while driving strategic decisions through execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to field and senior leadership, shaping and driving the direction of key business initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Lead critical business projects end-to-end, representing the business in strategic planning, execution, and delivery to ensure initiatives meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Act as business owner for key initiatives, coordinating across product, technology, legal, risk, and field teams to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver impactful outcomes for the organization.
- Collaborate directly with field leadership to identify business opportunities, co-create innovative solutions, and ensure strategies are grounded in frontline realities and client needs.
- Drive the prioritization, implementation, and measurement of key business goals and targets, managing initiatives that impact Advisors and their management across multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior executives, influencing decision-making and securing buy-in for transformational initiatives.
- Strategize and develop comprehensive implementation plans for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and field feedback.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to execute project deliverables, with a strong focus on enhancing the client and advisor experience.
- Identify risks and escalate issues promptly, employing a solution-focused mindset to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
- Build and maintain trust and rapport through all interactions, fostering an advisor- and client-centric mindset across all strategic initiatives.
- Leverage cross-functional relationships and deep business knowledge to influence outcomes, drive consensus, and deliver results with agility and speed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of prior experience in financial services industry,
- Proven track record of managing and delivering high-profile priorities and projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently and execute within demanding deadlines.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes, products, and initiatives to identify risks, improve processes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of organization
- Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced & high pressure environment
- Background in corporate strategy or project management role preferred
- Knowledge of the Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models, organization structure and performance metrics preferred
