As a Sales Optimization Vice President for the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Wealth Management, Sales Optimization team, you will own analytical problem solving across the lead-to-conversion and deepening journey and translate insights into initiatives that drive measurable conversion lift, advisor productivity, and client asset growth. This role is aligned to Vice President level and is based in Columbus, OH, and you will help build a centralized lead operating system spanning Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors, and Self-Directed Investing.
You will diagnose where journeys break down using quantitative analysis and large datasets, define what "good" looks like through hard metrics, and run test-and-learn cycles that compound performance over time. You will partner with Data & Analytics and Technology teams to deliver workflow-ready capabilities for advisors, including machine learning (ML) driven prioritization and generative AI (GenAI) enabled assistance embedded into day-to-day tools. You will align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, field leadership, and Risk to remove blockers and maintain operating rhythms with governance, controls, and auditability from day one.
Job responsibilities:
- Diagnose lead-to-conversion and deepening performance using quantitative analysis, funnel diagnostics, and large datasets to identify the highest-impact opportunities and key friction points across advisor workflows and routing logic
- Define business problems by scoping work, sizing opportunities, and setting success metrics tied to outcomes such as incremental conversion lift, cycle time reduction, capacity and coverage, and advisor productivity
- Translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements for analytics and technology partners, including data sources, definitions, logic, acceptance criteria, and workflow intent that teams can build against without ambiguity
- Drive delivery from build through user testing and rollout for advisor-facing tools and process improvements, including ML and GenAI-enabled capabilities, with auditability, controls, and responsible use standards embedded from the start
- Align stakeholders across Business, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Risk by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining a clear delivery cadence with crisp ownership at decision points
- Communicate decisions, progress, results, and tradeoffs to working teams and senior leaders through concise narratives and practical visuals that connect analytical findings to business outcomes and recommended actions
- Measure outcomes through reporting and experimentation, monitor incremental performance lift against defined baselines, and refine solutions based on quantified results and advisor feedback
