As a Program Manager in Wealth Management Supervision, you will be a key driver of our team's reporting and analytics initiatives. You will lead us in delivering business analysis and reporting solutions that support both daily operations and long-term strategy. You'll guide a team of analysts, foster collaboration, and ensure our data products empower business leaders to make informed decisions. Together, we'll pursue process improvements, automation, and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision making
  • Develop innovative solutions for data architecture and automation
  • Lead Design Thinking sessions to assess stakeholder requirements and create scalable solutions
  • Drive technical integration with upstream teams for comprehensive reporting
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and control
  • Establish and implement best practices, standards, and procedures
  • Identify and automate inefficient manual processes
  • Register automation solutions within governance frameworks
  • Communicate strategy and measure progress toward team goals
  • Mitigate key person risk through cross-training and succession planning
  • Learn and share new tools and techniques with the team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial services, controls, risk management, or data analytics
  • Demonstrated success guiding or mentoring teams in collaborative project delivery
  • Proven ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives and key results
  • Proficiency in managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing stakeholder needs
  • Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills
  • Effective consulting and communication with management, business, and data owners
  • Ability to respond quickly to urgent issues and changing priorities
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualization
  • Alteryx Designer Core certification or willingness to obtain after employment
  • Experience with large relational databases such as Impala and Snowflake
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in process improvement and automation within a financial services environment
  • Familiarity with Tableau and other business intelligence tools
  • Experience leading Design Thinking or similar collaborative solutioning sessions
  • Knowledge of model governance and user tool frameworks
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience supporting professional development and knowledge sharing within teams
  • Bachelor's degree
