As an Expansion Regional Support Lead in Wealth Management, you will support the region to ensure an optimal operating environment. You will represent our brand, problem-solve to offer our customers the best solutions for their financial needs and help improve the lives of our customers through financial solutions, education, and advice. Reporting to the Regional Director - Wealth, you will serve as a liaison to the Expansion Market Directors - Wealth. You will drive the execution of key strategies and tactics that focus on growth and a world-class client experience, collaborating with key partners across Wealth Management and One Chase partnerships.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads and tracks regional focus on Deposit and Investment growth plans across markets, while identifying opportunities to develop, strengthen and/or deliver action plans and best practices to key bank partners and align people objectives across the region and within markets
  • Partners with Divisional support team to assist in the coordination, implementation and messaging of key business initiatives along with sharing of best practices in delivering on our passion to meet and exceed our customers expectation
  • Leads identification and sharing of best practices delivering on our passion to exceed our customer expectations
  • Partners with Market Directors and Branch Managers to support Banker performance and development through onboarding and training, workshops in the field to improve Banker effectiveness and product knowledge
  • Coordinates with Business Manager to understand scorecard results, coordinate business review plans and content all while partnering with Finance and Business Analysis Manager to meet staffing targets, with a focus on recruitment process and attrition tracking
  • Focuses on the Employee Experience by coordinating with Culture Council to understand and implement opportunities and recommendations on engagement
  • Drive integration and strengthen relationships with internal business partners at the region level, including Branch Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Business Banking, and Card, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and communication to support the One Chase vision, ensuring Advisors are equipped to leverage solutions, strategies, and expertise from across the firm.
  • Coordinate with divisional support teams and business managers to implement key initiatives that drive engagement and growth through One Chase partnerships.
  • Partner with the Business Manager to drive scorecard results and meet staffing targets.
  • Focus on the Employee Experience; coordinate with Culture Council to understand and implement opportunities and recommendations to drive engagement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading projects in a wealth or investment-focused environment.
  • Ability to drive engagement with peers and partners.
  • Ability to create a collaborative environment that empowers others by inviting input from each person and sharing ownership and visibility.
  • Ability to collaborate across Wealth Management and with One Chase partners (Consumer, Home Lending, Business Banking).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
