As part of JPMA's Family Wealth Services team, the Cross‑Line‑of‑Business (LOB) Partnerships team partners with advisors to connect clients to capabilities across JPMorgan Chase. This function fosters collaboration between JPMA and businesses such as the Commercial & Investment Bank and Business Banking.

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly energetic, and motivated Associate Program Manager to strengthen JPMA's cross‑LOB connectivity.

As the Associate Program Manager for JPMA, you will triage and qualify inbound advisor opportunities, route them to the right partners, track outcomes, and produce executive‑ready metrics and insights. You'll also curate reference materials and training to drive awareness of cross‑firm resources to enhance advisor and client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and respond to a high volume of inbound advisor inquiries; capture scope, size, and service needs to ensure accurate routing.
  • Establish and maintain a closed‑loop feedback process to track disposition and outcomes.
  • Serve as a connector between JPMA advisors and cross‑LOB partners; schedule and facilitate introductions and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain current knowledge of partner org structures, products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain activity trackers; produce monthly metrics and performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Partner with regional JPMA teams and cross-lob event teams to manage nominations process for premier client events (e.g. IB Healthcare Conference, Founders Forum)
  • Partner with internal Finance and Data teams on strategy and analysis special projects
  • Develop and refresh internal guides, intranet content, FAQs, and playbooks that promote cross‑LOB resources and processes.
  • Coordinate briefings and updates to maintain continuous engagement between JPMA leaders and partner stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance advisor and client experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to execute initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior experience within JPMorgan Chase; exposure to the Commercial & Investment Bank and/or Business Banking preferred.
