The J.P. Morgan International Private Bank New Client Development Team drives business growth and delivers an exceptional experience to potential leads, prospects, and clients.

Through a data driven, forward-thinking approach, the team collaborates across Europe and Asia to identify new leads for Private Banking advisors.

As a member of the New Client Development Team, within the Client Experience Team, you will be at the forefront of engaging, educating, and introducing promising prospects to the Firm, originating from paid media campaigns and marketing sponsorships. Furthermore, the team collaborates with the Marketing Team to devise client acquisition strategies. Your role will involve direct interaction with individuals sourced from paid media campaigns and marketing sponsorships, guiding them through their initial introductions with J.P. Morgan International Private Bank. Success in this client-facing position requires exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for enhancing the client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with Private Banking leads through proactive outreach, ensuring every interaction exemplifies the Firm's commitment to excellence.
  • Research & Qualification: Conduct thorough data analysis and due diligence to qualify leads and guide them to the appropriate market or advisor, ensuring a personalized client journey.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to strategize and implement targeted client acquisition campaigns, tailored to specific markets and demographics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Market Managers and stakeholders across the Firm to deliver a seamless, consistent, and high-impact client experience.
  • Reporting & Insights: Analyze business development activities and provide insightful reports on plans, engagement, and conversion rates to Senior Management. Offer data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Risk & Controls: Uphold rigorous standards for risk management, regulatory compliance, and security, including adherence to Cross Border and Privacy policies across regions.

Required qualifications, responsibilities and skills:

  • Prior experience (5 years+) in a client-facing business role within Marketing or Private Banking
  • Outstanding interpersonal, multicultural communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven ability to influence, build, and sustain strong partnerships.
  • Strong program management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish also required
