Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leverage to the Senior Banker on client priorities, including relationship maintenance, handling client inquiries, and overseeing daily account operations.
- Support the Senior Banker throughout the sales cycle and ongoing client management: review and prepare pitch books, coordinate information, communicate with clients, and execute on client needs.
- Partner with the Senior Banker to facilitate the sale of investments, banking, and trust services, including asset allocation for structured and managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and lending solutions, basic trust and estate products, and identification of wealth planning opportunities.
- Work closely with Investors to propose, deliver, and execute client solutions, and identify new business opportunities with the Senior Banker.
- Provide regular market updates, portfolio performance reviews, and investment opportunity and risk commentary to clients.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for senior bankers and distribute promotional materials to clients upon request.
- Track clients, AUM, and revenues using internal systems, including periodic calculation of account performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet all compliance, operational, and due‑diligence requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' work experience and a proven record in business development or relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and internal partners to drive the sales agenda.
- Dynamic team player who is self‑motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to proactively engage stakeholders at all levels and operate with a strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of the Wealth Management business in the Taiwan market; familiarity across asset classes; and understanding of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory frameworks.
