As an HR Business Advisor Associate in the Bahrain HR team, you will partner with us to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive business success. You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across multiple functions, supporting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. Job responsibilities
- Advise and consult with management on employee relations, staffing, compensation, and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and deliver effective solutions.
- Support annual performance management, including objective setting and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to address resource needs and drive talent acquisition.
- Maintain awareness of market trends to anticipate retention and recruitment risks.
- Assist in compensation and benefits processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Manage HR records and reporting activities in line with global and regional standards.
- Guide managers and employees through employee relations issues and leave of absence cases.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects to support business growth and operational excellence.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills across HR disciplines.
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience operating as a business leader.
- Ability to partner with colleagues to influence HR strategies and practices.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability to manage across a large, global organization.
- Experience building strong, collaborative relationships in a matrix environment.
- Ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.

- Experience supporting HR in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.
