As a Business Analysis Associate I within Home Lending Strategy and Business Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. • Lead and support the execution of control testing, audit readiness, and remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and firmwide standards.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to strengthen the control environment and address audit findings.
• Develop, document, and enhance control frameworks, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact, data-driven reports and presentations for C-suite executives and global stakeholders with quality and timely manner.
• Synthesize complex information into actionable insights, highlighting key risks, trends, and opportunities for senior leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and interpret complex data sets, with proven expertise equivalent to 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient ability to leverage Microsoft Office tools to enhance data analysis, analyze business trends, and provide actionable business insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in using automation technologies/solutions (examples:Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software) to optimize processes and implement business strategies.
